A Keeper

I have brewed A Christmas Ale All Grain like 3 times so far. It "Always" goes well with me hitting initial SG all the time. Tasts great and wife likes it too. A Keeper. Not just for Christmas but "All Year"

Fantastic Christmas brew

Fantastic brew, perfect for holiday season. I canít stop drinking it. Kit was as described, brew day went perfect. Only knock is the OG doesnít take into account the honey. Mine ended closer to 1.070. Omega yeast ran a bit slow, still had krausen on day 10, which isnít unexpected.

Great Christmas Beer

Crisp. Great flavor. Canít complain at all. Thought I really messed it up after the boil but it turned out phenomenal.
