Good Hard Cider!

This kit reliably produces good-to-excellent hard cider. Obviously, since it is a concentrate kit, the freshness is not what it could be. But hey, these days even most commercial hard cider is made using a concentrate.
I included a couple gallons of fresh juice from locally grown apples in this last batch. This really elevated the “fresh” apple taste. Really good batch!
Give these kits a try. Recommend them.
