DME - the name says it all

It's DME; not much to say. Briess makes fine products. I've used Briess DME for extract brewing and yeast starters and it always works fine. If, like me, you BIAB, this can be a good way to boost the gravity of your beer when you're limited by vessel and decreasing mash efficiency with a large grain bill. I've switched to all grain, so I'll just use it for making yeast starters.
