Delicious and Refreshing

This was my first all-grain attempt and "wow!" , am I impressed! I used Saflager S-23 and fermented for 2 weeks at around 53 F degrees. Racked to a secondary for another week then primed and bottled. After another 2 weeks I couldn't wait any longer and tried my brew. Not quite enough carbonation but it was GOOD. Still slighty cloudy since I have no way to truly lager my beer but it is light golden in color. A few more weeks in the bottle and it's absolutely delicious, hop forward, very light on the malt, clean and crisp. Super cold out of the fridge on a hot day... yum.
