Tasty

Only 1 week on the keg, but I can tell it’s a tasty beer. I think it will mellow out with time. I will be doing this one again for sure

Great Bier!

Just as advertised nice malty character, with only a hint of sweetness. I altered the recipe a bit and did a multi-step decoction (132, 152, 158) and added the wort from 1lb steeped carafoam.
