The Falconers Flight hops are a proprietary blend of Northwest hops, created by HopUnion in honor of Glen Hay Falconer. This blend is hand selected for its superior aromatic qualities, imparting distinct tropical, citrus, floral, lemon and grapefruit tones. Falconers Flight IPA for the hop heads out there. The recipe is built on 2-row plus additions of Caravienne, Vienna, Special Roast and Carafoam malts.

Great IPA

I have made this kit twice now and I love the hops profile. Very good and balanced IPA and will be making it again later this year. This kit makes it about as easy as it gets!

Great beer!

I brewed and kegged this beer for a party at my home. I had 2 1/2 cases of "commercial" bottles in addition to the keg. In the first 3 hours....the keg was kicked! I got RAVE reviews from my friends and family. Great hop flavor and aroma, but not too over powering for the average beer drinker. I will definitely be brewing this again!
