Flavor on!

This kit has a really tasty product when it's all done - even brewing it smells amazing. I brewed a pot of hazelnut vanilla coffee and dumped it in the last five minutes of wort brewing, and so I had "Gingerbread Java". with a little patience after bottling, the finished product is amazing smooth, flavorful, and even smells great! Brew it this summer for Fall enjoyment!

Solid X-mas Kit

I was looking to do holiday beer last year and ordered this extract kit by mistake. Made it anyway, and am happy I did. A great tasting beer, and a hit with my wife. Am doing it again this year. While I normally do all-grain brewing, I have to admit that sometimes it's nice to just pour and go. As another reviewer noted, I added spices to the fermenter, not the boil.

Great beer

It was awesome the first time I made it when I threw spice in the secondary. But the second time I threw spice in the boil...bad idea, hardly taste the ginger and it is more bitter than the first. When you put the spice in fermenter it is my favorite brew.

Absolutely Awesome

I brewed it via the instructions and let it bottle age for at least 1 month and it is wonderful! I have about 30 bottles left that I've been aging for 6 months now and I'm going to open them during the holidays this 2017 year. I've gotten numerous compliments that it has just the right amount of spice to be a very enjoyable beer.

Good brew

Just kegged it and man that's a really good brew, you can definitely taste the gingerbread spice, only thing it doesn't tell you in the recipe is when to add the spice so I added it the last 5 minutes of the boil. Definitely recommend it.
