Amazing Recipe!

I am not sure what efficiency the recipe is based on but I came out about 7 points higher. Added a couple ounces of peated malt and after two months we are at about 10% with a really excellent taste and super clean color. This has amazing qualities and will only get better after my 6+ month target where I plan to drink one a month and see how it ages. Very easy recipe to follow. I am by no means a pro!
