Fantastic amber

This made a wonderful beer. It seems my friends fall in to two camps: Those who like IPAs and those who hate them. This beer has enough hops flavor to please the IPA lovers, yet is malty enough to please the IPA haters. It has a beautiful color and aroma. The recipe was easy enough to follow. I did not bother with moving to secondary, instead allowing it to sit in primary for four weeks. Two to three weeks in bottle and it is now a favorite that will be made again.
