Used Omega yeast 021, excellent taste, had a distinct banana flavor. Would buy again. Instructions clear and easy to follow, assuming experience with all grain brewing.

Great Summer beer

This is the closest to an Allagash White I've made. Added a little grains of paradise, coriander and dried orange. It's the perfect summer beer.

Good beer

Beer is good. You will need a LARGE mash tun. If you're asking what is a mash tun, this recipe is not for you. My biggest criticism is all the all grain recipes come with the same generic instructions. There are no specifics for priming sugar, time to place hops, etc. Chances are if you're brewing at this level you can figure it out, but when I buy someone else's recipe I don't want to think.
