We have designed our very own Stainless Steel HLT fitting for the round 5 and 10 gallon Igloo Coolers.

This fitting can be used for turning your Igloo Coolers into a mash tun or an HLT.

This was designed only for the round Igloo coolers and may not work with other coolers.

The HLT fitting will not come with a compression nut.

Hello, This part works GREAT with 10GAL mash tuns. I hear it may not be compatible with Rubbermaid but if you purchase a new mash tun, Igloo is better. Now the problem. How to a get from the Proprietary Thread to a 5/8" barb to attach a tube to my existing False bottom? No solution yet so 3 stars.

Fits perfectly

I had no trouble installing this. I would recommend there be some flat washers on one side or the other to press against the wall of the cooler. This would better stabilize the fitting.
