Product good but instructions are confusing and packaging poor

I can't comment on the beer as it is still fermenting however I found the instructions confusing and the packaging poor. I have spoken with AIH about both these issues. When my shipment arrived I tried to reconcile the contents with the instructions posted on the website. They did not match. When I came to brew I found another version of the instructions in the bag with the grain which made much more sense. Ignore the instructions on the website. When my shipment arrived it was poorly packed. The top of the box was open and I could see it was very "casually" taped. I was lucky that nothing was lost.

Nice Beer

Brewed a Dos XX beer for my wife and thought I should brew one for me. I prefer Negra for the richer flavor. This beer fell short. I will work on the recipe because the beer was very good, just not Negra. The beer is clear, good nose, good head, just a little weak in the flavor department.
