Color / SRM : Dark Brown

Alcohol by Volume : 4.60%

IBU (anticipated, alpha acids can fluctuate) : 20

Specialty Grains : Carafa I, Carafa II, Crystal 80L

Great spice!

Be aware this is a pumpkin spice beer and not a pumpkin beer. It definitely has great spice taste and is a very good stout. My ABV came a little too low (3.8%) to my efficiency average. Maybe the Carafa grains. So in the future I would scale it up to 5%. Brew it!

Nice warming stout

Had a nice spiciness to it and with my slight brewing mistake it was quite the session able beer.

Delicious

Dark and roasty with just the right amount of pumpkin spice coming through. The pound of lactose adds body and a smidge of sweetness to balance the roastiness. Very good pumpkin stout. Brewed this and the Apple Cinnamon Wheat...2 fantastic brews!

Bought this one to take to Thanksgiving dinner today, It is a great recipe, smooth, understated pumpkin, malty. I will buy this stout again.
