Great summer ale
Wonderful, easy drinking ale that has a fruity flavor. Kept in primary about 10 days and after just 2 weeks it was more than adequately conditioned in bottle. Nice head. Highly recommended especially for first time brewers.

Wonderful
Loved it! I have brewed it several times. It has almost a Blue Moon meets a mild flavor profile. Floral and citrusy. I highly recommend it.

Simple and Delicious
I used S-23 lager yeast @ 54 degrees for 2 weeks and skipped the actual "Lagering" stage because I'm impatient . Malt forward for sure and "flowery" hop presence . What a great beer at a great price! Will definitely brew it again!

Outstanding!
I really liked this beer. I followed the instructions and the only problem was that my gravity readings were a bit lower than stated on the instruction sheet. I used the White Labs 029 German Ale/Kolsch yeast. I kept it in primary for 3 weeks and then bottled (had to wait for my bottles to become available from the prior batch). It's a medium body with an amber color and the smell and taste is slightly malty and fruity (similar to apricots). The bitterness is very low which is what I like (I'm not a hop head yet). This is a very drinkable beer and I would definitely buy this kit again.

Fantastic beer
Malt forward, great hop aroma, and has great drinkability! This will not last long in the keg. Placing order for another kit soon. I used Safale US-5 yeast fermented at 64f for 4 days, rose the temp to 70f gradually for 3 days. Took hydrometer reading of 1.01 3 days straight and threw it in the secondary for a week. Cold crashed and kegged the other day and WOW this beer is awesome. If you are debating picking up this kit, stop debating, and get it! Five Stars!

Wesotych Swiat
Huge hit at my Bday party this weekend. No one believed it was homebrew. Great flavor, balanced profile, smooth finish. Will keep this one in the rotation for sure.

Great beer
This recipe is excellent. I wanted a malt forward dortmunder/helles style. Fermented @ 64° for 3 weeks and I'm thrilled with the results. Was hoping to approximate Einbacker Mai Ur Bock and succeeded.
