Good wheat

I have not done a side-by-side with Sam Adams version, but I am sipping this "clone" as I write this review. It's a tasty beer. The orange comes through, the spice, not as much as I'd like for a winter wheat, but it's still a good beer. I went 2 weeks primary and 1 week secondary with this one. I used Safale 05. It's a good beer, but it doesn't taste like a winter wheat - tastes more like something I'd enjoy while golfing rather than after shoveling snow.
