Nice slammer

It's creamy, true to form. We added 6 drops of pure vanilla to several bottles. Was detectable and a bit better.
Drink it it cold as a warm up to a fuller beer.
We had the Wexford Irish Crème Ale next to it. The Wexford was quite better. Of course, it had Nitro gas and it is an Irish cream. We could not find anything out west that was not vanilla or tropical crème, so the Irish was the only choice.

Very tasty!

This is a delicious, easy drinking brew. I added a few tablespoons real vanilla at bottling, that is VERY subtle when drinking. Experimenting with other recipes for now, but I'll make this again for sure.

Better than advertised

This was my choice for the free recipe kit with my Homebrewing unit. Instructions easy to follow, only thing easier is drinking and enjoying this ale. 10 friends have enjoyed it with me, and all have very good comments. Now 2 of them are considering ordering kits to make this ale themselves so they don't have to share. However, sharing and friends is half the enjoyment. Am ordering more.
