Brewer this up,even used us-05 yeast. Very light,easy drinking. Great for your beer snob friends they will love it. At this price grab 2.
This is the second Sol Clone I have done. The first one was from extract. Very good. Clean drinking but something was off. Extract twang? No matter, great beer. The next was an all grain. Awesome beer. If you like SOL you will love this. Used the SAFALE -US 05 yeast. Hydrate and pitch, fermentation within 6 hours. Get it!
I added a blanched & sliced habanero to secondary for 3 days and it turned out absolutely fantastic. Have another batch in primary now.
Cracked my first bottles of this at Christmas. Slightly under carbed due to only being bottled a week earlier. But those that tried it, loved it. If you're looking for a beer that pairs nicely with 2-3 more, this is it.
