Still Spirits Cream Liqueur Base 400 g. Use this pack in place of cream and sugar when mixing Top Shelf cream liqueurs. Instructions: Add 250 mls of boiling water to a large mixing jug. Slowly add the contents of the pack and mix well. Add alcohol as indicated on the essence bottle and top up to 1.125 liters This pack has a purple band which conveniently associates it with the Cream liqueurs in the Still Spirits Range. It is not based on dairy products. Mix and if possible leave overnight for best results.
