This 1 barrel turnkey brew system from Blichmann Engineering features just about everything you need to start brewing and is tailored made for designing and perfecting pilot batches. This horizontal system includes kettles, heaters, controls, pumps, a chiller, all the hose and fittings you need, and a sturdy stainless steel brew table as well. For proper function, this system requires 4 240v 30 Amp GFCI L630R outlets and 1 120v 15 Amp GFCI outlet.
The Blichmann BoilerMaker kettles feature single piece construction from heavy gauge, 304 stainless steel made in the USA. Kettle includes a Linear Flow Valve. This valve disassembles in seconds for easy cleaning and allows a precise control of your liquid flow. It also orients in any direction making it extremely versatile and easy to use. The diptube has a rotating racking arm for clean transfers and the borosilicate glass level gauge helps accurately monitor the levels of your wort. The rivet free handles are oriented for easily carrying the kettle and come equipped with rugged cool touch grips for safety. All kettles have a liftetime limited warranty.
Heat your kettles with the included Blichmann BoilCoil. Engineered for optimal performance in your BoilerMaker kettle, the BoilCoil provides consistent heating performance, boil quality, and boil-off rates. The (less than) ultra low watt density coils (less than 30 W/in²) ensure that your kettle won't scorch when used properly. No scorching and the custom engineered removable plug means easier cleaning. Includes a 12 ft. factory wired cable with molded twist lock L6-30P plug.
Control all that brewing power with the Tower of Power Temperature Controller. This controller features PID temperature control, a Class A precision RTD temperature sensor and On/Off/Auto mode selector switches. The digital power control meters the intensity of the heating element, from 0-100%. Constructed with a brushed stainless cover and gloss black powder coated case, these compact enclosures look phenomenal and are mounted onto the brew table for convenience.
The RipTide Brewing pumps operate with an ultra quiet motor and the integrated linear flow control valve gives precise control when pumping your liquids through the system. The pump features a tri-clamp for easy disassembly and cleaning. The included AutoSparge helps monitor your liquid levels in your mash tun by automatically setting and monitoring the hot liquor flow rate. On top of all these great features, the brew system also includes the patented Blichmann button louver false bottoms, an adjustable viewing angle thermometer, and a whirlpool fitting on the boil kettle.
But where are you going to put all this brewing equipment? On a custom heavy duty Brew Table! Made of 14 gauge 304 stainless steel, the table features a drip ledge for containing spills and an apron for mounting accessories. The legs and lower shelf are all stainless as well, and the lower shelf has an adjustable height for storage. Includes heavy duty casters for mobility and built-in junction boxes.
