Made from high quality American white oak, these infusion spirals feature are charred and are perfect for adding great oak flavors to your next batch. The spiral shape is designed to accelerate the extraction time giving you full flavors in a shorter amount of time. In wine the oak flavor is fully extracted in 6 weeks. Withdraw sooner for a milder taste. Includes two 8" long x 1" diameter oak spirals.

Instructions for Use:
-Add 1 stick per 3 gallons of wine
-Snap spirals into smaller portions for less intense oak flavors

Unique Flavor

I used these in my home-made wines last year and these spirals imparted a wonderful note to my wine. I really don't want to make wine without them now.

Amazing!!!

Picked these up figuring I'd find a use for them...well I broke some off the spiral and through in a batch of AppleJack. Of course, not knowing exactly what to expect. After roughly two weeks, the Jack was smooth as butter. Worked amazingly. Thank you so much.
