LorAnn's Super-Strength flavors can be used up to boost the flavor and aroma of your beer or wine. Use up to 1 Dram for 5-6 gallons of beer or wine.

We recommend adding the flavors to taste during secondary fermentation. However, the flavors can be added anytime during primary fermentation, kegging or bottling.

Strawberry heaven

When making strawberry wine, it's hard to get that true flavor unless you wait at least a year. But using this concentrated flavor, the end product is like drinking a fresh strawberry almost right after bottling or better after ten days. The best.

Fantastic Additive!

I added this to a cream ale I did recently, and boy did it do the trick. Very convincing strawberry flavor, almost like a Smuckers jam, and 1 dram hit 5 gallons just right. No off-tastes, no chemical tastes, not overpowering, but definitely a significant flavor presence. Enthusiastically recommend!
