Great Value
I have had good conversion with this malt and you can't beat the price (especially when AIH has a sale going).

Great Malt!
I buy 2 bags (100lbs) of this whenever I travel through Ann Arbor from Pennsylvania. I have been extremely happy with this malt. I hit my numbers consistently and get about 85% efficiency out of my BIAB (cooler mash tun) system. I typically brew 11 gallon batches and this malt has yet to let me down!

Great base malt
I have been using this 2 row for a couple years now on my herms system and hit 85% efficiency every time.

Great Item
I was skeptical at first but I used this on my first 20 gallon IPA and I have so far hit all my numbers. Efficiency and Original Gravity were both spot on.

A great base malt
I disagree with the first review. I have used Briess and Great Western 2 row and had better efficiency with MaltEurop. They all have made great beers, but will stay with MaltEurop!

Lower Extract
I've noticed about 10 - 15% lower overall brew house efficiency with this malt compared to Briess 2 Row. I had been getting 80% efficiency with Briess, and getting 70% or lower with Malteurop. This may not be a big deal for smaller beers, but when pushing the mash tun to the max, I'd prefer the higher extract Briess every time.
