5 Gallon Low Profile Keg, Ball Lock (Used)

Just as advertised. I had to rinse out old syrup residue, but keg holds pressure nicely. Most importantly, it fits inside my chest freezer without the need for a collar. These are great kegs for the price. Now if I only had a bigger chest freezer I'd have an excuse to buy more of these kegs!

Just as promised. Soda inside, easy to clean out. Held pressure, with lots of new hardware.

I bought two of these low profile kegs when on sale for $35 each plus $15 shipping. AIH included two sets of new O-rings/gaskets. These fit nicely into my EdgeStar Kegerator. I purchased two kegs from AIH before, but they were new (another great deal). Although not sure how this purchase would compare to the new kegs, I am pleased to tell you these cleaned-up easily and work just fine. I recommend giving these a try.

First keg for me, it was in very good condition, replaced gaskets and worked great!

Aaron did not let me down. While a straight answer couldn't be given whether they vary in height (my previous question being whether 22-23" meant 22.2" clearance would work) what was shipped to me came in at 22" even. They definitely needed a thorough clean and a replacement of...everything, lid included (mine was warped and three different o-rings failed to seat). That said, for what I paid I'm not at all upset how much reconditioning was needed as I would have done all of it anyway.

My keg did need a little cleaning. I disassembled the fittings, cleaned & sanitized everything and reassembled. Looks good, works like it should. Will be looking to add more in the future. Thanks.

I was hesitant buying a used keg, and upon opening the box I saw a dirty, sticky keg although dentless and no major scratches. I disassembled it, removed stickers and tape and went to cleaning. Rinsed with hot water, goo gone for the sticker residue and barkeepers friend inside and out have made my keg look shiny and new. Next up, putting on the new o-rings that came with it, and filling it up with some homebrew. I'll be back for another one someday, hopefully it's in as good shape as this one.

I received mine pressurized and in great condition. The outside looks rough but the inside looked great. If you can catch these on sale, it's even a greater deal. I can't wait to finally fill these with beer.

This low profile keg fits nicely in my kegerator. It was shipped promptly and arrived undamaged. The keg was still holding pressure and was pretty clean inside when it arrived. The outside was a bit scuffed and had a bunch of old tape stuck to it. A bit of scraping and solvent got it cleaned up pretty nicely. A great deal considering my local homebrew store had new ones for $150.

I got this on sale for $39, the outside is a little dirty but once I clean it up it should work nicely. If I ever need another keg I would definitely buy this again.

I ordered two low profile kegs and they both arrived holding pressure, no stickers, no dents, really nice shape. What I really like about these low profile units... to put a fifth keg in my keezer it would have to go on the "hump". And to do that with a standard keg I was looking at making my collar taller, which would also make accessing the interior harder These low profile kegs are the perfect solution. I was able to add that fifth tap.

Clean and holding pressure. Mine were scuffed but dent free. Great buy and Fast shipping! Extremely happy with this purchase.

I recently upgraded my system to 10 gal electric and have been looking for kegs so I don't have to bottle anymore. I have been looking for a while and have not found a better deal, and that includes my LHBS (even factoring in the shipping). The kegs arrived promptly. They were pressurized upon arrival, proving that they held pressure. The outside showed some wear, but no dents (as expected for a used keg). The rubber handles on all of the kegs I received were intact. Upon opening them I discovered that they were all clean, save a minute amount of soda (liquid, not syrup). All in all they are a great deal.

My keg arrived with some internal pressure, so I know it's sound. I've cleaned it thoroughly, and it’s ready to fill with my next brew. I ordered it with several bundled items such as disconnects and barbed fittings, and all came through OK. I also ordered two gauge guards for my CO2 and Nitro gauges. These are sturdy guards and well worth the cost as insurance against gauge accidents. I’m very pleased with my order.

These kegs are exactly as described and work perfectly! Shipping was very quick and I actually got them before I expected to. The kegs needed a few o-rings replaced but they came with a whole free set and I only had to change 2 or 3. I will be ordering these again for sure as they hold pressure perfectly!

Awesome deal! I ordered two used kegs with poppet valve kits. Everything I ordered came in on time. I was very surprised when I opened the box. One keg showed some cosmetic wear the other however looks brand new. Both kegs were still holding pressure. I have not found a better deal for kegs!

Bought a keg, in great shape. Dirty on the outside, but nothing a good scrubbing didn't take care of. I'm pretty sure this was completely refurbished in terms of hardware. Looks like it had a brand new lid and new o-rings (and it comes with an extra set!) Highly recommend these!

Got two of these kegs. They have old cola inside but cleaned up nice with hot water. They are used and look it. The seals are still good. Nice to have extra seals. Hold pressure. Shipped very quickly. Would buy again.

Just ordered no 5 and 6 of these kegs. The first 4 worked great. Slight cleaning needed but no serious residue inside. Posts on lid seemed brand new as do the seals (on top of the spare set). Not sure if they are converted pin kegs but if so, you couldn't buy the keg, new posts and lid for anywhere near this price.

For the price and used I am very pleased with the keg. It needed some cleaning as they said and I found the keg was still holding CO2 pressure. I am considering buying a couple more to store additional beers.

So I had to clean it... big deal. It came with new ball-lock posts, seals, and access hatch. It's also in surprisingly good condition (not all dinged up) and it cost about a 1/3 less than the two big mailorder brew shops just down the road from me.

Received this used keg and was a little worried about "used" condition. Some ideas of "in good shape" means that its only functional, but this keg was really in great shape. Just a few scratches, but overall in fantastic shape. Came with new o-rings also! I would definitely buy this one again!

2 used kegs shipped in really good shape and totally pressurized. Free additional set of rings and gaskets also included. This is the spot to buy used kegs. Super happy with the condition and service.

AIH never disappoints and these used kegs are no exception. Best quality kegs on the market for the best price. I'll be picking up a couple more in the near future.
