Q: If I am adjusting my base brewing water for a specific water profile - ie London water for an English porter, will this product alter any of the typical water targets (calcium, chloride, sulfate, sodium, etc)?
A: the product by deisgn will bring the water into a neutral 5.2 other additives can be added into the water after the neutral pH is hit to raise or lower this level to hit other water profiles if needed

A: Adding 5.2 ph Stabilizer is effective throughout the mash process. Dough In additions will alter mash ph sufficiently, adding twenty to thirty minutes to your mash time.
