A: you can increase the amount of sugar used with the fruit for a fuller body higher ABv wine

A: This is not a requirement but can be added to the wine for additional sweetness if preferred

A: the yeast used will vary the dryness of the recipe but would be considered on the semi sweet side for the more part

A: I prefer the vintners harvest SN-9 or the VR-21 for this particular kit. Otherwise a Champange strain like Ec-1118 or KV-1116 could be used with good results as well
Q: I'm new to wine making. How many bottles does a 5 gallon batch yield?
A: It is usually 5 x 750ml bottles per gallon. So about 25 bottles for a 5 gal batch, and about 30 for the 6 gallon batches.
Q: Is this a full body wine or a light wine cooler type??
A: This is more of a light body wine. Color will be dark but the body is fairly thin.
