Great Beer
I was looking for a lighter brew for the Spring and came upon this. I'm an extract brewer so this kit fit my bill. I brewed it using Safale S-05. I hit all the numbers left it in primary for 2-1/2 weeks. Kegged it yesterday, force carbonated at 30psi for 24 hours. Dropped pressure to 12 psi and poured it today. Great flavor, color and aroma. I will definitely make this again.

Love this Pils
I've made this two times and both times it has been fabulous. Can't keep it longer than a week cause as soon as the neighbors found out, they drained my 5 gal keg. Easy and great for any level brewer. I'm getting more!

Backyard pilsner
Now this is a great beer to make in the summer or anytime. Really good tasting beer all the bud drinkers where blown away that it was made in my kitchen. Good beer to sit around the fire with.

Easy to make
This beer is great, followed instructions to yeast starter, wyeast lager, beer worked fast and reached sg in 5 days, moved to secondary and stuck it in cooler for a week, set it out for two days, bottled put in fridge for two weeks, easy to drink, plenty of flavor.
