Baltic Porter Recipe Kit
A big beer to be savored. The malty sweetness is balanced nicely with notes of roast and chocolate. Dry yeast is optional, but the original recipe calls for Wyeast or White Labs. The recipe is taken over the top with an optional 1/2 pound of molasses.
