Q: Does this come with the jacket that will fit the fermentasaurus? Is there a separate lid to purchase or do I just modify my current lid?
A: item 183-1004 would be the closest in terms of a jacket to work best with that style fermenter. The lid would need to be modified to fit the cooling rod
Q: What is needed to use this with 5 and 6 gallon glass carboys?
A: the immersion rod is unfortunately too larger to work on traditional glass carboys
Q: Does the insulated bag open from the bottom or side or is there just a drawstring opening at the top?
A: the bag will have an opening at the top, with the drawstring to close in around the control module
I cannot get hold of one of these in the UK.
Would you be willing to ship to Great Britain and if so what would be the cost of shipping.
A: we do ship internationally. You can get a quote for this through the site, prior to committing the order.

A: this can work on a 6.5 gallon bucket. the lid would need to be modified with a wider opening to accommodate the cooling rod
Q: How long is this going to remain on sale? I am working on saving money and want to make sure I dont miss out on the deal!
A: the sale price will be until further notice. This item is a vendor set MAP so it is subject to change without warning
Q: Sorry for another question, I have the 7 gallon SS Brew bucket, will this work with it if I just drill a hole in the lid?

Q: Will this work with the Catalyst Conical fermenter system from Craft A Brew? Thanks!
A: the the correct lid modification for the brew jacket this can fit into the catalyst fermenter
Q: My immersion pro insulated jacket does not appear to open at the top? The bottom zips shut, there is a drawstring on the top end but it appears to be completely sealed?
And the rubber stopper. Is that supposed to be inserted from the top of the bucket lid with the one way valve pushed it it? If so it seems to not completely go through the hole with the one way valve inserted in it. Any help would be appreciated .
A: we'll be happy to help troubleshoot this. If possible to email over a few photos of the issue to [email protected] for review we can look into it further from there as we have not had this issue reported before
Q: I ferment in a 5 gallon corny keg. Is there an attachment to use this with?
A: there is not currently a lid pre-drilled for the brew jacket at this time. You could modify an existing lid with a drilled opening to accommodate the chilling rod as an option
Q: Do you have the one for the 3 legged conical and if so what brands does it fit ?
A: this is large enough to fit the 7 gallon Fast Fermenter, with the correct lid being used. The brew jacket is a bit too tall/long to fit into the 3 gallon model of fast ferment
Q: Would this work on a Fast Ferment 7.5 gallon conical? Thanks!
A: item ID 183-1010would be the lid needed for the Fast Ferment 7 gallon conical
Q: I think I made a mistake!
I bought this thing to use in standard glass carboys. That is what I read and thought I was getting, brew bucket/carboy. Low and behold the rod will not fit any of the 8 glass carboys I own. Where did I go wrong? Oh yeah, I didn’t measure. What carboys is this thing compatible with?
The only things I unpacked were the rod itself and the insulating jacket. Unfortunately, I broke the seal on the jacket.
Let me know what my options are and please tell me why this is called a bucket/carboy if it doesn’t fit in carboys.
A: Hello, The jacket's rod width is listed at 1.5". Narrow mouth glass carboys may or may not work depending on their opening. The main carboys it will work with are the wider mouth PET carboys, using the included bung that comes with the jacket. Bucket lids would need to be modified to fit the bung/width of the jacket to use on those style fermenters
Q: What is the temperature tolerance for this product? i.e. what is the outside environment temperature range will this work at?
A: The manufacturer does not list a max temp range, only that the unit will advuse inside temps of the fermenter within 35°F (15°C) above or below your ambient temperature, and maintain the set temperature to 0.3° F
Q: Which type insulating jacket is included... carboy/bucket?
A: It is set up for a bucket
Q: Will this fit anvil 7.5 gallon bucket fermenters?
A: the lid opening size for the bung is a bit too small. The lid opening could be dilled out or modified but as shipped would not pair up together
Q: Will this fit my 7.5 gal Anvil bucket fermentor or what assessories would be needed?
A: Unfortunately this will not fit the anvil bucket
Q: Do you have attachment that will fit spike cf5 conical fermenter?
A: As of right now we do not have the attachment
Q: I have a fermenter with a 4" wide opening. Is there a screw or snap on lid with a hole for the immersion chiller and a blow off tube? My NEIPA'S are high gravity and ferment hard.
A: There are a few different lid options offered from Brewjcket with the correct opening for the rod. They can be found by Searching "brew jacket: in the search bar on the site. to see if any of those might fit the bill for the fermenter you have on hand
