Simple wheat recipe

I recently used this to make an American wheat beer with no specialty grains and a small amount of mittlefrueh for bittering. It went from 1.044-1.010 in less than a week and the gravity sample tasted good. I'm using it as the base of a wild blackberry wheat beer. This is my go-to extract for wheat beer.

Great for Hefe-Weizen

If you want to make a hefe-weizen the easy way (not doing a ferulic acid rest and a decoction mash), this is the solution. Excellent malt for a hefe-weizen.
