Instruction and Ingredient Info:
To Use: Requires activation using wheat flour and unchlorinated, unfluoridated water (we recommend using bottled spring water) before use. Once activated, starter will need to be feed depending on your intended use. If you are baking frequently feed your starter daily using 1 part starter, 1 part water and 2 parts flour.
