Q: With the beer passing through 50 feet of coil, what pressure should I set my CO2 tank when using this jockey box?
A: this varies depending on temp of the keg, style of beer and a few other factors. I start with 10psi pour a pint of two and adjust either way as needed from there
Q: Is the cooler the same size as the 2 faucet jockey box?
A: Yes, We are currently using the same cooler for both set ups
Q: I have 2 complete ball lock Corny kegs. I guess I don't know the terms for items...? What do I need to use this box as you sell it?
A: The addition in the optional add-ons of the Line assembly with the MFL fitting and adding the proper disconnect would be the only functional parts required to complete the system on the liquid side. We would be more than happy to chat voice to voice to make sure your order the right parts needed if you give us a call at 313-277-2739 Ext 1
Q: Does the two tap jockey box come with 50 feet coils?
Q: Any idea when these might be up for sale again?
A: Working on production. Hopefully in time for spring.
Q: Does it possible to order with line for american sanl keg?
A: Yes, it is not an included part and does cost additional . You will need the coupler and lines to attach if you don't already have it.
Q: I do not see an option for "tailpiece for your beer line." I already purchased a corny keg system. Do I need to buy this additional "tailpiece" or am I already good?
If I have to buy another "tailpiece," can you point me in the right direction?
A: If your corny keg system has a shank and a beer nut and tail piece on the end you may use it. (99-3961) is the correct tail piece assembly.
Q: Dumb question but does the beer go right into the cooler? I'm thinking of this as a gift for my husband just not sure how it works.
A: You would add ice into the cooler and the beer flows through the coils inside and the ice cools the coils and the beer.
Q: Does the inlet come with a tailpiece for use with our own hosing? If I order this without a ball lock connection is the hosing included?
A: This does not come with a tailpiece for your beer line, but that option is available on the item options. There are options for beer line assemblies for corny kegs as well as sanke connections.
Q: What is the weigh for shipping?
A: The shipped weight for this item is 31.01 lbs.
Q: With the dimensions of this box, would it be possible to put a 5lb CO2 tank inside the jockey box and run the gas line out of the box through an additional shank / drilled hole with grommet that I install myself?
A: There will not be room for a co2 tank and regulator inside of the jockey box.
Q: Could the it be purchased with stout faucet instead?
A: This draft jockey box is only available for purchase with the included regular beer faucets.
Q: What are the interior and exterior dimensions of the cooler?
A: Interior dimension 17 wide , 10.5 deep and 10" high
Exterior dimension 21" wide, 13" deep and 12" high
Q: What CO2 tank and supplies/parts would I also need to purchase to start pouring beer with this draft jockey box (for commercial beers)?
A: Any standard co2 tank w/ regulator would work. As for the connector, in the drop down box we have the option to add a sanke tap.
Q: Does this box come with a CO2 tank?
A: This does not include a co2 tank.
