Q: Do I need all the other stuff you are offering as add-ons? I'm just looking to get all I need to plug my kegs and enjoy my beer I don't really want to do any of the heavy work? So plug and play-drink
A: The add on options will include the hardware and tubing needed to connect your keg to the Jockey Box. If you do not already have these items you can select the appropriate type for your keg from the options.
Q: About how long will this hold ice in a 98 degree day?
Will it chill warm beer on that same day not pre chilled?
What extra connections would I need to buy to serve from 2 ball locks (what connection from kegs to jockey box?
A: The coolers will hold ice on warmer days for 8-10 hours from past experience. The outside temps will vary this a bit so use that as a ball-park time only.
Warm beer will be chilled by the coils on ice, but it would be best to have the kegs chilled if possible as the warm beer moving through the cold coils can cause foaming issues in most cases. For ball lock kegs, the first add on the drop-down of the two jockey line assemblies, and two ball lock disconnects can be selected to complete the connections to those style kegs
Q: What is your delivery time to 28025?
A: we process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of it being placed. With standard shipping, the transit time after that to your area is abotu 2-3 business days. Expedited options are offered in the checkout screen to view the cost for 3 day select, 2nd day air or next day air to speed up the processing and deliverying time if needed
Q: Can we get it with no tap. We are using the box just to keep the lines cold and we want to hook up hoses on the front as it is on the back?
A: The boxes would ship with the faucets included but can be easily removed if needed
Q: Is a 50-foot coil really enough to cool the beer down as well as keep the foam down after transit? We may not be able to arrive at the event beforehand to let everything settle down.
A: the 50 foot coils do work well to put a restriction on the beer enough to limit foaming when the pressure and temperature of the beverage are low enough.
Q: How I be sure that I am getting everything that I need for the jockey box to work correctly? CO2, regulator etc...? Is there a number I can call when ordering?

I recently purchased this jockey (from AIHB) box but now need the proper hardware so I can hook up beer lines to the back of the cooler. I assume I need a SS tail piece assembly? If so, would you happen to have the part# for this? If not the correct hardware, what would I need to hook beer lines up to back of jockey box? Thanks.
A: Item ID 99-ShankLineBaseSS has the needed hardware to connect from the back shank to the keg. You'll just need to choose the type of keg connection between either Cornelius style keg, or commercial for the right connection
Q: I want to dispense from two separate homebrew kegs (ball locks). What additional parts do I need to connect to the kegs? My event is this Saturday so I need to make sure I order everything at once.
A: The jockey box would cover the liquid side only so you would still need to set up a co2 soruce of some kind for pressure. ON the jockey box page, other than the box itself you would want to add the first option for the 2 line assemblies, and 2 additional ball lock, or pin lock disconnects depending the kegs your planning to serve from. That would get the liquid serving side of things taken care of!
Q: for your dual faucet jockey box, what do I need to buy to get a full system that works with cornelius kegs? I have a dual regulator and co2 tanks. thanks!
A: if you already have the co2 tank and regulator with lines, the first optional add on to the jockey box from the menu would give you the liquid line connections off the back to the kegs, and they would just need to choose the disconnect style from the 2nd set of options for ball lock, pin lock or commerical kegs
Q: Is there space to later add a 3rd coil and tap?
A: With the current coolers used, 2 taps would be the max in this design
Q: What is the ID of the SS coil? assuming its 3/16
A: the ID would be 3/16" ID
Q: Looking for plastic hinge replacements. Broke first time we used our double faucet Jocky box
A: unfortunately at this time we do not source or carry replacements for the hinges on the lid
Q: Do I need CO2 to make these work? I assume yes, but want to be sure. Thanks
A: a co2 source or something to keep the kegs pressurized would be best
Q: Is it possible to get this item without faucets and have the shanks upgraded to all stainless steel instead of chrome plated brass?
A: As shipped the standard faucets and chrome shanks would be included in the price. Additional stainless shanks and faucets can be purchased as separate items and added tot he box by the end user if needed
Q: what is the width of the cooler and the width between the two taps?
A: Outside dimensions are 10.5" x 19.5" and the taps are 11" apart on center
Q: What size are the gaskets in the beer lines and do you sell them?
A: The washer you'll be looking for can be found on item #40-1914A
Q: looking to use this with corny kegs. what all is needed?
A: You would need to add in the first option from the add-ons menu of the two line assemblies, and two of the disconnects needed for your kegs or either ball lock or pin lock to get what is needed to serve on the box on the liquid side
Q: What size and length tubing do you recommending pouring with?, I purchased this awhile back and am having trouble with one of the taps pouring foamy, slow, etc. Maybe I need some new gaskets or something? I have tried tightening everything down a bit more...
A: The kegs being chilled as well would be the first thing to check. A warm keg moving through the cold lines will cause foaming if the kegs are not chilled. We have found the 3/16" line at about 5 feet is a good standard length to usewhen serving at 5-10PSI. INcreasing line length between the coils and keg will help to limit foaming
Q: Will the stainless steel coils work with keg wine?
A: This could be used with kegged with so long as the keg connections are correct to attach to the joceky box liens
Q: What is the interior and exterior dimensions of the box/cooler?
A: Outside dimensions are 10.5" x 19.5" and the wall thickness is 1.5" to set the inside diameter
