Beer

Solid beer but could have been better. Unfortunately, the liquid malt had spilled in the delivery process which left a mess in the packaging.

Great Beer

It has a great taste and has been very enjoyable this summer. I will definitely be making this one again.

Awesome Dunkel

I had been getting growlers of an abita chocolate weisse for a while. I finally looked it up and found out it was a dunkelweizen. I order kegs and supplies from AIH often and noticed they had the dunkel kit on sale so I grabbed a couple to do a 10 gal batch. It turned out so great that I ordered 2 more. I put 2 lbs of pale chocolate malt in the steep on the second batch and its even better, and extremely close to the abita chocolate weiss I was looking for.

Worth Brewing..Easy

Opened my first of the 53 bottles my Dunkelweizen produced. After 3 weeks in the bottle I poured my first one into my Pint Glass..Color was Nice, a slight light wheat smell but a little weak on the taste for me but still very good, I think maybe another 2 weeks in the bottle would bring a little more flavor out but we all know that it's not going to last that long. If you like a Dunkelweizen add this one to your list to try. Cheers Mates.
