French Oak Chips (Medium Toast ) 1 Lb.

I used this for a super secret process I have to turn $25 bourbon into $50 bourbon. I have used oak cubes in the past and tried this product. It worked, but was messier than cubes. Some of the packaged material was so small it was powdered, essentially. It worked and gave me a $50 bourbon, but with more mess and work than cubes with no appreciable improvement over cubes. Good flavor, color, but going back to cubes.
