Fromagina Direct Set Cultures are used for the making Fromagina a cheese between Fromage blanc and Mascarpone. This is a great cheese to cook with or just used a a rich, creamy spread.
1 pack is enough to set 1 gallon of milk and is enough to make about 2 pounds of semi-soft cheese. Just add 1 packet to your milk as the recipe calls for it.
If stored properly in a freezer the cultures will last up to 2 years.
