A: There will be a " no thanks just Email the code, option so that the code will be emailed over to the Email address provided in the checkout screen, to give to the end user

Q: Hi, are the gift certificates available in any dollar amount, or just what is listed on your web page? I just offered someone a $65 certificate as a prize, to find that they are available in either $60 or $75, and nothing in between. Our organization doesn't have funds for $75, and I already offered $65! Thanks!

Q: I have 315 points, and I want to redeem them to buy a gift card. I wanted to see if the points ever expire. Because if they don’t I can wait until like 400-500 points to redeem them. Please advise.
A: rewards points expire 12 months from the original purchase date for each balance. Points can be redeemed for a gift certificate within your account that you can give to someone else to use, but a gift card cannot be used, to purchase a gift card on the site
Q: I want to buy a gift card and have it mailed to me and do not want the recipient know I bought it. The order asks for his email. Will he get an email before I can give it to him?
A: if you prefer that person not be Emailed, leave that field blank or enter your email address so the contact will only be sent to you when ordering
Q: How long will it take to get the gift card?
A: if choosing to have the physical card mailed to you, this normally will take anywhere from 7-10 days standard post. The Emailed gift certificate code can be sent by selecting that option. it will be emailed to whichever address is given to use on your order checkout details to pass onto the end-user, or write into a holiday or birthday card so they have the code to use in-store or on the site.
Q: If I understand correctly, if I do not request a gift card to be sent, an email with appropriate claim number will be sent to recipient. It is for a birthday present.

Q: I am trying to order an email certificate. But I can't check out without picking a physical shipping method. What's up?
A: the site will have to have a shipping method and shipping address provided for all orders, even if the code is being E-mailed. The UPS Zero cost associated with it, so using this would be the recommended shipping method to choose before completing the order
Q: If I ordered a gift card today when would I get it in the 20120 zip code?
A: physical cards are sent a standard post and normally arrive within 7-10 business days. the option to have just the Certificate code to your Email sent can be done instantly when the order is placed, vs. having a card mailed out. This would allow you to print off the code or write it into a holiday card to give to the end user and avoid the delay in shipping

A: Gift cards are mailed with a stamp as standard post. The time frame for delivery will vary, but cannot be guaranteed.
