Q: Who manufactures the product?
A: The manufacturer is Krome Dispensing products
Q: What is the smallest diameter glass that can be rinsed? I want to use this with shot glasses and want to be sure that water doesn't spray up outside diameter of the glass.
A: The center spray is a jet, but would be best used on glasses with a minimum of 2" to avoid any over spray
Q: What size is the nozzle nut?
A: this looks to measure 13/16"
Q: What is the thickness of this product? Just the stainless box/tray, not including the water in and out barbs.
Q: I bought 6 of these for two brewery's I work with and somehow they have lost the top nuts on two of them, can I get replacements for them?
A: 40-6452 would be the replacement part kit number that would include the lock washers but unfortunately the top nut is not offered as a spare part at this time
Q: Is this a push to operate valve or constant on (needing a separate valve assembly)?
A: This is a spring loaded push to use valve.
Q: Do you sell just the nozzle nut? We seemed to have lost ours.
A: Unfortunately at this time the nut itself is not offered as a standalone replacement part
Q: I'm on a well. My water pressure ranges from 45 PSI to 70 PSI. Is this OK, or will it leak through the valve? Should I consider a pressure regulator?
A: So long as the tubing connected is help in place with a clamped fitting the PSI coming into the fitting should be able to tolerate those PSI ranges
Q: Is this a push-down-to-operate system? If so, what is the maximum diameter glass opening that I can use?
A: The rinser plate is about 4.5" in diameter
Q: Can you send me install instructions ? I am a designer and would like to know how this gets installed ?
A: The vendor does not currently provide us with any instruction for installation. The flat perforated part can be used to mount to a counter top or under a bar top. The two lines for installing just need to have the water feed headed into the barbed fitting on the bottom, and a drain or return line on the other side.
Q: What size hoses fit these outlets?
A: The hose barb for the rinse is 5/16" and the drain is 1/2". Our standard gas line is 1/4" and will make a very nice tight fit on the hose barb.
Q: When will this item be back in stock?

Q: When will this product be back in stock? I would like to purchase 2 of them from you, but I need them soon. I'm opening my new bar Next Friday.
A: This item is currently in stock. We are adjusting our website.
Q: What is the extra section of metal for on the rinser? Just curious if there's a reason for it. thanks
A: It is there so you can attach it to a bar top, or even underneath.
Q: Does this fit into a longer drip tray or is it installed next to a drip tray?
A: This glass rinser should be mounted to a counter top. Most people will install it next to their drip tray or serving area.
