Better than the real thing
I've made several AIH kits and this one is the best. I've given out a lot of samples of this one and every person has said it is better than the real thing. I plan to brew this one again soon.

Hopslam
This kit turned out great but I did alter it a bit, I added an extra pound of honey and also about an extra ounce at flameout of Cascade. Made a big starter and also added a couple ounces of Simcoe to the secondary dry hop. Five weeks in the bottle and this is drinking fine.

Get Slammed!
Very good Clone. Wildflower honey was in solid state recommend putting container in hot water to bring back to liquid form. I've brewed this All grain 3 times. Can't get enough. Cheers!

Outstanding IPA
If you like IPAs you will not go wrong with this beer. I drank some of the flat beer that was left in my bottle bucket and it was outstanding. These people produce great kits and recipes. Thanks AIH for a good beer.

One to Buy If You Like Hops
There are hoppy beers that are good and bitter, but this beer with the strong hop flavor that you get at first sip and then a smooth finish provided by the honey is by far our favorite beer we've brewed. We only dry hopped for a week in secondary fermenter and still had an amazing taste. Will have this in an AIH corny keg at all times.

Best Beer I Have Ever Made
I have been an all grain brewer for a couple years now and have brewed several IPA recipes. This beer by far is the best I have brewed so far. I let this set in the secondary dry hopping for close to four weeks, not sure if that made a difference but it turned out great.

Yum
This is the first brew I have done that was all grain brewing. I am amazed how well it has turned out. I would make this brew again.
