Q: I made a keezer for my beer, and was going to dedicate one tap for my wife to have this island mist. Thinking I maybe able to carb this and serve cold by the pool this summer. Am I going to be able to make this work?
A: YEs, this can be done, and has been done with sucess by many homebrewers. Take into account the kits produce 6 gallons and you will have 1 gallon left over to bottle or use right away for serving once the batch is ready to be kegged, but otherwise the carbign process will proceed just like any other batch of beer would before being served
