Q: I have old coke kegs(4) two say Spartanburg one says hoover(not sure if it's a brand or town where manufactured) , and one had no markings just says coke~ cola stamped on it. Are these the conversion kits i need for all 4? Or is there something else i would need/ do to decipher it?
A: The Hoover Kegs would need 19/32" post kits and the Spartanburg can use this 9/16" post-conversion on those models
Q: Can you confirm this conversion kit will fit product 99-0052A - Loose Handle/Bottom 5 gallon Pin Lock keg w/Lid purchased at adventures in home brewing?
A: We will need to match the conversion kit based on the brand of the keg also. Such as a Firestone, Spartanburg, AEB, ect.
Q: Which post is the gas one, with the notches or without?
A: The gas post has notches.
Q: I have a cocacola pin-type keg. on the side it says spartenburg (I'm thinking the manufacturer) which conversion kit to keg posts shoudl I use?
A: this kit, item #99-3543 should work just fine on the Sparetenburg and Firestone branded pin lock kegs
Q: I noticed there are two o-rings that are not attached to the post. Where do those go after converting the keg?
A: those are spare dip tube or pick up tube o'rings that are included in the kit as well, they may not be needed for the conversion but are sent as spares
Q: I have 2 Allied Products Corporation kegs that I would like to convert. Would these posts work? Thanks for your help.

Q: I ordered these a few months ago and have been very happy with them so far. What size socket wrench should I use with these?
A: The outer diameter of the posts should be an 11/16" socket. Deep well preferred
Q: How can i know if this kit fits on my keg?
A: These fit on Firestone and Hoover brand kegs. The manufacturer should be stamped on the side of your keg. If you need help figuring out which kits you'll need, give us a call and we'll be happy to help!
Q: Do you combine shipping on more then one set of keg conversation posts?
Q: Will these work on your used kegs Item Number:99-3384-4?
A: We have two different conversion kits for the Pin Lock kegs.
This one and 99-3544.
Depending on the manufacturer of the kegs, there are two different thread types.
If you order a 4 pack of pin lock kegs, you may get kegs in either or both of these threads. If you're wanting to convert all of your kegs to ball lock, please put a note on the order that you'd like a set of kegs that matches the conversion kits you ordered.
Q: Will this conversion kit convert the John Wood two and three pin posts to the ball lock?
A: These will not convert John Wood kegs, they are a different thread size.
Q: Are the poppets in this kit the same as the universal poppets?
A: This item does come with Universal Poppets.
Q: Are all parts are made from stainless steel?
A: Except for the o'rings the rest of the pieces are stainless steel.
Q: Do you know when this item will be back in stock?
A: We should be getting them back in stock hopefully by the end of March.
Q: I'm referring to the bottom of the page, where it has a check box and says "Add A New Cornelius Keg Lid with relief valve and o'ring", I just want to double check that the lid is pin-lock keg compatible and not for a ball lock keg. Is this correct?
A: Correct, lids fit both pin and ball lock kegs. With the exception of "racetrack lids".
