Kegerator Homebrew Conversion Kit

If you have a kegerator that dispenses a commercial beer keg, with a 5/16" ID gas line and 3/16" or 1/4" ID beer line, this Kegerator Homebrew Conversion Kit includes everything you need to convert it to dispense ball lock home brew kegs.

Click here for the pin lock version.

What you do first is cut off the existing wing nut and nipple from your gas and beer lines at your existing sanke tap, then fit the swivel barb fittings on them so they can easily switch between the included threaded ball lock fittings and your newly threaded sanke tap (sanke tap threaded conversion fittings included).

Once you convert your kegerator with this kit, you can easily change from your Sanke commercial beer tap to ball lock ( or pin lock ) fittings for homebrew in minutes. Switch back and forth without having to cut any lines, or pry hoses off of stubborn hose barbs.

Easy to install
Upfront I have to say I haven't put a keg in my kegerator yet but I have to say this kit was easy to install. I was nervous about cutting the lines in my brand new kegerator but the video they have in here is great and easy to follow. I appreciate that they have that video a lot. Although I haven't used it yet I'm confident it will work fine.

Lacking but usable
This kit needs one more hose clamp. The disconnects felt cheap and I had issues trying to get them on one of my kegs.

Great product, needs specifications listed
I ordered two of these kits for my Nostalgia Electrics Double Kegorator that I purchased at Sam's Club. However, the barb size is wrong for the gas line on my kegorator. It's not the fault of the maker of this kit though, but I think the sizes should be listed in the description. Bottom line, check your hose diameters before buying the kit to ensure they will fit without hassle.

Great kit with a great price
I found myself wanting to serve home brew ball lock kegs but I did not want to lose the ability to serve sankey kegs. This kit was perfect. I'll admit that I was confused at first during the installation. If you find yourself confused bring up the youtube video from the "video" tab next to the product description tab. Watch that a few times and you'll figure it out. Just remember that after you install your threaded connections on your lines you will not need to mess with them again. What I mean by that is do that first, then mess with your other disconnects. Five stars, great product.

Everything I Needed
I just kegged my first batch yesterday. I was very impressed with the price of the used kegs (the cheapest I found anywhere). The kegs hold pressure with no leaks and the kegerator conversion kit had everything I needed to use the ball lock kegs. I was especially grateful that your website had step by step instructions on how to do everything. Thanks again!
