AIH Kolsch Extract Recipe Kit
Clean and crisp. This Kolsch will have slight fruity esters. The yeast can give off a white wine like character. Best fermented cool (58Â°F-65Â°F) to get close to that crisp almost lager like profile. Fermenting between 58Â°-65Â°? Be sure to ask for Kolsch yeast. Fermenting between 68Â°-75Â°? Be sure to ask for Ale yeast.
