Large Mold for Hard Cheese
This mold is used when making cheese between 5 and 7 pounds, depending on how dry the curds are. Mold will handle a pressing of approximately 150-200 lbs. This mold will work with all New England Cheesemaking presses. Constructed of food grade polypropylene, this cheese mold with follower and solid bottom is imported from France.
