Search is Over

Lindeman's Lambic Cassis is one of the first sours that made me fall in love with this style of beer. For four years, I have tried to find a recipe or something close to duplicate this awesome brew. Thanks to Adventures in Homebrewing, my search is over. And coming from my home state and home of the greatest university in the country, makes it twice as sweet! GO BLUE!!
