Hard Cheese Making Kit
This fabulous new Hard Cheese Kit provides you with all the specialized ingredients and equipment you need to make a wide variety of hard cheeses at home. Including recipes for Farmhouse Cheddar, Bra, Caerphilly, Asiago, Gouda and Colby. This kit allows you to make approximately 10 x hard cheeses (400g-500g).
This kits contains, butter muslin, hard cheese mould with press follower, sterilizer, cheese mat, cheese salt, wax bowl with cheese wax (500g, Aromatic Mesophilic Culture (3 pack), Thermophillic Culture (3 pack), Vegetarian Rennet Tablets (20) and Kit Instructions and Recipe Booklet.
NOTE: When maturing hard cheese, you will need to store it in a cool place that is approx. 10-16 degrees celsius. This could be in a cool place in your basement or garage, a dark cool cupboard, a wine fridge with temperature control or just a spare fridge that you can increase the temperature or turn off.
