Acids: Acids : 4.0 - 5.0% Aroma type hop with well tempered bitterness and clean flavor Hallertauer hybrid, and a mainstay in American craft beers. The warm and gratifying aroma lends a slightly pungent hint popular in many Hefeweizens
Possible substitutions include Liberty, Crystal, Strisselspalt, Hersbrucker
Commercial beers include Masala Mama and Brown's Hefe Weizen
Hops are hardy in U.S. Department of Agriculture plant hardiness zones 3 through 8.
Mt Hood Hop 1 Rhizome
Mt. Hood is a triploid aroma type cultivar with similarities to German Hallertau and German Hersbrucker. Mt. Hood is named after the famous Oregon volcano.
Aroma: include herbal, pungent and spicy.
