Q: Hola, soy de Colombia, pueden realizar el envío a este país? Y que costo tendria?
A que temperatura se debe realizar esta cerveza, no tengo como hacer una lager pero según entiendo esta levadura puede trabajar como ALE.
A: We do process and ship to Columbia. The batch does ship with a yeast that gives the profile of al ager but ferments at warmer temps in the high 60's to low 70's
Q: Is the Munton's pilsner malt extract hopped?
A: yes, this would be a pre-hopped extract kit
Q: I have a can of Munton's Malt extract(extra light) 1.5 kg. Please e-mail me instructions to turn it into beer. Many thanks
A: This weblink will have the instructions for the kits to reference on brewday:
Q: How many cans of wort come with this kit.?
Q: How is this considered a larger when it is fermented at ale temperatures? I also read the yeast used in this kit is an ale yeast? Is the true?
A: Muntons, the manufacturer, uses a yeast that will ferment at ale temps but give the characteristics of a lager. They do take into account that most brewers producing the pre-hopped kits would not have the space or temp storage requirements to truly lager the bath so they take this route to make the kit more user-friendly. You can for-go the use of their yeast and add in a lager strain of you choosing to follow the more traditional method of lagering if needed
Q: what is the ABV making 5 gallons as directed?
A: The kit will fall into the 4.5-5.5% range depending on fermentaion by the yeast
Q: what all comes with this kit & where are ya'll located at?
A: This kit included the pre-hopped malt extract syrup, and a yeast packet with instructions under the lid. We ship from South Eastern Michigan
Q: WHAT QUANTITY DOES THIS MAKE?
