True to form

Nearly Nirvana is as close to the original as anticipated. Dry hopped the first time around, chose not to the second. IBU's dropped as anticipated, a very refreshing summer beverage, even for my "less hoppy friends".

Love this ale

This Pale Ale is awesome. This is my first homebrew and I am impressed with the extract quality. AIH does a great job providing quality ingredients for the novice brewer. I am drinking this after a 3 week primary fermentation with a dry hop at 2 weeks in the primary. I finished with around 5 percent abv. I popped a bottle at 8 days today and had good foam with good sedimentation; the beer poured nicely into a cold glass. The taste has a slight sweetness, malt, citrus and a creamy finish. Great job AIH.
