PBW
It has always been a good product. I have used it for at least 13 years to soak my brew kettle as well as cleaning the SS pans in which my wife burns the food.

Great stuff
This is the good stuff. Makes clean up quick and easy. Even roasted on crud and unspeakable burned on trub comes off in short order.

Great product to clean heavily used pots
My nephew works in a brewery and he came to brew with me and gave me a hard time about my old pots with 50 batches worth of baked on protein. He pulled out PBW, filled my pot with hot water and let it sit. In about 20 minutes the pot looked brand new. This is a no-brainer product for me. But, it is fairly caustic so wash your hands with warm water if you dunk them in and also wear eye protection.

Works Well
So far, this seems to have worked well - used it on equipment that I've made one batch so far with. Everything was good and clean - leaves no residue or film or anything like that behind on your equipment. I was told not to use this on aluminum but I haven't found any issue after using it on my aluminum pot I use for heating water only.
