Excellent clone!

Paulaner Hefeweizen is one of my favorite beers and this clone recipe nailed it. Since it was unseasonably warm when I brewed this I went with Lallemand's Munich Classic dry yeast and successfully replicated Paulaner's flavor profile by fermenting at the low end around 62 degrees. I'm looking forward to brewing this again with the liquid Wyeast 3068 now that the weather is cool.
